Corn Casserole

1 egg
1 can cream style corn
1 can whole corn, drained
1/2 cup sour cream
1 Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix box

Mix ingredients until combined.
Bake in a greased square baking pan at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.

For Holidays I double the recipe. To do so simply multiply the amounts by 2, both dishes can be baked at the same time.
